In the near future, the picturesque corner of South America, beautiful Bolivia, will become the largest producer of cocaine in the world. Santa Blanca’s drug cartel was affiliated with the country’s government, where lawlessness was now rampant and residents were constantly fearful. The cartel’s influence on the criminal community is enormous, and perhaps very soon Santa Blanca will become a threat to world security.

Game features:

Explore the fascinating expanses of South America in a detailed open world where day and night change and the weather is full of many surprises. Travel in a variety of vehicles on roads and off-road, by sea and in the air. Explore Bolivian culture and interact with locals trying to solve their own problems. Take command of a platoon of four “Spectres”, special purpose elite warriors. Play alone or summon friends to join the battle with four of you. Each mission can be accomplished in a variety of ways: moving stealthily, using diversionary maneuvers, or planning a quick frontal attack. The latest military developments will allow you to mark the location of enemy fortifications and deliver crushing blows. Often you will have to make a difficult moral choice: interrogations, kidnappings and murders – this is far from the complete list of actions that may be required. When carrying out combat operations, you will receive invaluable experience and equipment to improve the abilities of the Phantoms. You will be able to interact with various game groups: collect information about the Santa Blanca cartel, bribe Unidad’s aggressive army, benefit from the fight against rebels or protect civilians. Do this so that these groups stick together and it will be much easier to achieve your goals. Every decision you make will significantly affect the situation in the country: unexpected opportunities may come your way, but you may also face unforeseen danger.
