These warriors are one of a kind. They are professionals; the best of the best. I don’t know how many there are, but they number no more than a few hundred. They report directly to the U.S. Armed Forces command. They are sent only to the hottest spots and assign tasks that others cannot carry out successfully. They are the elite soldiers of Tier 1 Operators.

The single campaign featured in Medal of Honor was developed in close collaboration with veterans and current members of the Tier 1 chapter. It is based on real events told by its participants. Thanks to these people, the authors of the Medal of Honor were able to accurately recreate the atmosphere of modern warfare. In the role of a Tier 1 elite soldier as part of one of the US Army units, the player will have to fight Taliban and Al Qaeda forces in the harsh Afghan territory.
