In The Rise of Caesar, you play for Julius Caesar and attempt to defeat the barbarian tribes of ancient Gaul. You must lead legions of soldiers, build fortresses, walls and bridges, and also participate in battles, trying to defeat the enemy not only with brute force, but also with competent tactics. For example, you can starve enemy soldiers by cutting off the enemy camp’s supply channel.
