1954 Alcatraz is a point-and-click adventure set in San Francisco in the 50s. The game’s protagonist, Joe, was sentenced to 40 years in prison for armed robbery and now plans to escape from Alcatraz prison. But unfortunately he needs the help of his wife, Christine, who has her own problems in San Francisco. Their friend, gangster Mickey, threatens Christine with death if she refuses to give him her husband’s loot. So where is the loot hidden? Only Joe knows the answer to that question, and while he’s behind bars, nearly everyone on the North Shore is looking for the jackpot.
